Regardless, AirDrop is not an app on your iPhone. You would access it via the Control Center. How you access that would depend on which exact iPhone model you have.

Hmm, typically you would "add" or "remove" Control Center controls, via Settings > Control Center. However, AirDrop is not one of them ... at least, not on my iPhone (running iOS 15.6) ... so, I'm at a bit of a loss on how you managed to delete it.

Maybe, someone else who has and was able to remove/restore it, will chime in to assist you with this.
