Data?

So, I recently had a IPhone 11 with T-Mobile. It started to not work without wifi, such things like Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and more & I also would sometimes have trouble calling people. I just traded my 11 in and got a 13 Pro Max to see if that would fix any problem and it didn’t. I’ve tried everything from restarting my phone to taking my SIM card out and reentering it. Does anyone know what it could possibly be? Please help me out!

I think you need to contact T-Mobile for a new SIM card. A while ago, I had problems with my data aswell, and I Called my carrier, they said: your sim is a few years old, it could be that it is worn out, we're sending you a new one.


Hadn't had one problem since I swapped Sims

What is the query "Data" referring to (?)


You can turn cellular data and roaming on or off, set which apps and services use cellular data, see cellular data usage, and set other cellular data options.


Verify your setting to allow cellular data...

View or change cellular data settings on iPhone - Apple Support




If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support

Settings>general>reset>reset network settings.
