Would this be an HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer?
Is printing OK?
Have you checked whether the latest drivers from HP are installed?
Under macOS 11, both HP Easy Start and HP Easy Admin are mentioned.
HP Easy Admin can be used without a connected printer, which may make it easier for administrators (and others) to download drivers.

If nothing else helps, you could also have a look at the Apple package download HP 5.1.1 Printer Software Update. An HP LaserJet CM1410 Series version 19.13 driver is listed in the referenced article Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support. Look upon this as an experiment. It may or may not work. Make sure that you have backup copies of all important files (documents, photos, et cetera) before testing anything.
