Why do I need to pay Apple to able to use my iPhone I have a provider. And if I don’t pay I can’t use my apple phone I feel like I’m been bullied by your apple to pay for services I don’t need Apple keep locking me out of my internet the phone won’t charge I have to take my SIM card out so the phone can charge

If your iPhone is paid for....and.....you are paying a monthly fee to Apple.......this might be for extra iCloud storage or an extended AppleCare + warranty for example.
What exactly is the monthly fee that you are referring to?
If the fee is from Apple, you can see exactly what it is here - If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
If it doesn't appear in the list, it's not from Apple. It may be from your carrier.
You seem confused. Once you've bought your phone you don't have to pay Apple to use it. Why you think this I have no idea.
Are you buying a phone as part of a contract package with a provider where you pay in instalments? You really do need to clarify what these charges you have to pay actually are if you want help.
