How to use one channel at a time? My printer cannot connect to network and my Network because it is using multiple channels at same time.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.5

Printer won't print from MacBook Pro I had that problem with Canon after one week, took back printer and got HP. Im having to switch from connected wifi to my printer just to print something and then switch back to wifi. I have spectrum wifi/internet. My printer is an Epson ET-2800. When I go to print something I have to click on my printer (which disconnects me for my wifi) and then it will print. Then I have to go back and click on my wifi for me to continue to finish what I was doing. Is there anyway I can have them both on at the same time without switching back and forth?? Sincerely a work from home mom who is trying to understand technology. lol
