Heat

My iPhone suddenly got heat and then a black screen appears with buffering Symbol and then get the home screen and tries to open it but it is very slow and then i wait 5 mins restarts my device again and everything is ok.

i,ve noticed this issue since 3 months

i bought my device in Jan and battery health is 100%

what should i do in this case as i use it in my business daily ?
