ATT voicemail password wont save

We just set up a family plan with AT&T and 4 of us cannot get into voicemail. It asks to set a password, but gets stuck on the 'saving password' page. Anyone else have this issue? Figuring I may need to visit an AT&T store if no one here has advice!
