Black and white app on my iPhone 11 screen

Black &white app on screen of My iPhone 11. Touch it and I get the sound of running water. Touch again to turn of sound! What the heck is this Annan how to get rid of it??

Why does my iPhone make water drop sound randomly? Phone randomly starting to make water running sounds in the background. Back on Settings are off. There were no apps running when this happens. I don’t have to turn the phone off. I can just hit the lock screen button and when I unlock the phone it stops
