My iPhone says I can't sign out because there are two different accounts.

also why is this phone getting hot as a iron every day for 2 hrs?

You need to use the same account for iCloud & iMessage.

Optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

& charge the battery.
