MOBILEME_CREATE_UNAVAILABLE_MAC when try to connect my Mac to Apple ID

i noticed that no one had an acceptable answer to this question

i also noticed that i was unable to comment on previous posts, requiring me to start a new thread

then i noticed that at install, the time on the screen is incorrect. since it was going through the installation process, there was no way to open a command window to fix the time

so i will just have to correct the time after setup, and then log into apple id
