AirPods picking up other people playing music near by

I go to a hospital for pain treatment and I use my airpod pros (noise canceling) to drown out external noise. Unfortunately they seem to pick up radio frequency or other people listening to music with their AirPods in. I’m extremely sensitive to noise and music during my infusions. My music will literally mull together with other peoples rap music and other music they are playing. I am pretty sure I pick up phone conversations too (just one part of it so I’m assuming the part coming through their ear piece). It drives me crazy. Is there a way to stop this??
