Do you have emails from Apple regarding the transaction? Normally there are link in those emails to invoices.

Where was the replacement done - in store or shipped. They do not give you a receipt in store - your replacement device is the "receipt". I've had that several times. I do not know what happens if it is mailed. There is no receipt necessary because the replacement "takes over" whatever warranty/Applecare is remaining - no new warranty.
