Screen Time Showing Setting from Wrong Region

After a recent trip to Bermuda, which happens to be in the same time zone as Brazil, we noticed a screen time setting was now showing Brazil.

Settings
Screen Time
select child's name
select Content & Privacy Restrictions
Content Restrictions
Apps section now shows options as (Don't Allow Apps, Brazil Official L, 9+, Brazil Official 12...14...16...18, Allow Apps)

Back in the United States, all devices have been restarted and this restriction persists across iPhones, iPads and Macs.

We've signed out of Apple ID on all devices, changed Apple ID passwords, (PITA when you have Apple TVs) and restarted devices again.

Any ideas?

I also called 1-800-275-2273 Apple support line and they didn't have a resolution either. I allowed them to see my screen and use my camera to see the issue on other devices. The rep walked me through similar process to try to replicate as chat and reached out to Senior reps several times. Call it in, get it noticed... there are now at least three discussions on this issue on this site.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.

I will reach out to Apple support and post back.

The first updated device was a Mac to 12.5. Then I noticed the issue on my phone. iOS devices were still on 15.5, then updated to 15.6 and issue persisted.

I've turned off screen time restrictions, then reenable and it persisted. I then turned off restrictions, then restarted the devices, then reenabled and it persists.

Sounds like Apple needs to address this issue and get it fixed on the next iOS update. For now the users can get this to work for the time being using whatever ‘Brazil Official’ setting that closely corresponds with the U.S. Doesn’t sound like apple support help desk can fix this.

I'm seeing Brazil Official as well on the Apps section under Screen Time and I have not travelled outside of the U.S. This must be a recent issue after the latest iOS update on my iPhone. Doing a Google on this issue came up with nothing.

It cannot be removed. And my location has not changed. I can select other settings on the drop down list but it has “Brazil Official” this and that as mentioned by Walkabt. It’s showing up on my wife’s iPhone as well.

Chat support had two options: sign out of media and purchases and then sign out of Apple ID. Neither worked.

Rep offered to forward me to phone support, and provided the number. I'll try later when I have more time.

I submitted as an iPhone issue. There was no Screen Time option in Feedback, and no Apple ID. Only other close option might be iCloud.
