Screen Time content restriction set to Brazil when my region is USA

Hello

as I was setting my kids content restrictions settings in Screen Time, The Content Restriction settings for Apps seems to be set to the incorrect region.

Look at the attached screen shots. The Apps setting point to Brazil Official 18. When I go into the Apps menu here it only shows Brazil related rating.

I check my regions settings and it is set to USA.

the only thing I did lately was to install Netgear MyTime on my kids phone but I do not know if this issue was there before or after the install. I do not have Netgear My Time on my phone and the issue is also on my phone as it is on my kids.

any advice on fixing this?

I am seeing the same thing in the content restrictions section of screen time. Looks like a bunch of other people are as well according to a thread on Reddit.

Same here except I haven’t recently put new apps on or anything like that. Just went to adjust screentime settings and notices the Brazil ratings. The only other weird thing is my kids iPad name and my iPhone name keep changing to say “iPad (###) iPhone(###) instead of the names we assign them. It’s really weird, waiting to tech support to get back to me about it
