"Brazil Official 12" App Rating - Content Restrictions / Screen Time Settings

After a recent iOS upgrade, the Content Restrictions setting in my Screentime settings displays "Brazil Official" for my children's app downloads. Is "Brazil Official" a new type of app rating or is there a bug in the operating system? We're not from Brazil and we've never visited Brazil, nor did I intentionally change my location settings to Brazil.
