Does anyone else have the problem where the refresh rate on the 13 pro max feels slow and like a 60hz, I’ve tried other refresh rate phones and it just the iPhone, the setting is set to the 120hz but always slow and laggy.

Somebody answered me, that it is ok. iPhone automatically changes fps. Some scrolls are good, some of them are not. For example, I have no problem with Telegram, Safari, TikTok btw. But Instagram, VK and some built-in apps (and also Settings) can display only 60 frames per second.
I wanna highlight, that I haven't got this problem, when I record my screen (guess, you too). The iPhone starts to show all 120 frames in all applications.

Does it still appear to be slow after restarting your iPhone using the steps here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. A restart can normally refresh things on the device.

It works but eventually it keeps happening again, kind of like just slows down,
