Old Apple IPhone ID

Hello, I bought the used iPhone and the guy he did removed his Apple ID and later on my phone was stuck on Apple Logo I went to a iPhone fixer shop they told me it was a software problem so they flashed the phone and when I’m trying to log in with my Apple ID that I was using before it’s says it’s incorrect it requires the first owner Apple ID and I can’t get hold of the guy that I have bout this phone from
