My MacBook Air isn't connecting to Icloud

Why isn't my MacBook air connecting to my Icloud? I can't access any of my documents or photos or anything. It's saying 'unknown error occurred' or 'verification failed' it's not a p/w problem because I can access my account on other devices and I have changed my p/w like 5 times already. What can I do? and How can this be resolved?

Why the Issue?

If you have changed you password 5 times, then your iCloud may be locked.

  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions

So...

To Re-Enable it:

  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
