1. Open Shortcuts app
2. Tap Automation at the bottom
3. Tap the + sign at upper right
4. Tap Create Personal Automation
5. Scroll down to App
6. Tap Choose and choose the Camera app
7. Tap Next at upper right
8. Tap Add Action

...Some suggested actions are Play sound & Speak all within a Repeat loop.
