When trying to share a pass with me, my wife's phone says my phone (13pro) "cannot accept passes". She can text the pass to me and I can add it to my wallet that way. She can share tickets with me direct from websites. But once she has the tickets on her phone, my phone will not accept them. Other phones will. The problem thus seems to be my phone. This is maddening. Any ideas?

You mentioned that your wife can send to other phones, but are you able to receive passes from any other phones? Is this happening with all passes or just a certain one?
If this is happening with all passes and you’re unable to receive from other devices, the best step would be to reach out to Apple Support here: Apple Support
