Display formula bar

How do you set Numbers settings to show the formula bar automatically as you’re skimming through cells that may be formulas? I find it odd that I have to double click on a cell EVERY single time to display the formula or the contents of how the cell is made up.

How to stop “spill” in Numbers on ipad I have a simple Numbers spreadsheet I have used for years that essentially adds columns of numbers. Nothing fancy. It worked fine until the last “improvements” were added. Now when I try to enter a formula to sum the values in the column the results “spill” down the page rendering the spreadsheet useless. Formulas that were entered prior to the latest update still work fine. Please help.

Stop formula suggestions Hi This is probably very basic and easily fixable, but it is driving me mad. I am double-clicking into cells to edit and then copy their content, but after a short while numbers is now suggesting formulas with a little window that pops up and each subsequent double-click in the cell just adds that cell reference number to the formula prompt, rather than letting me edit and copy the text in the cell. I don't know what the feature is called. How can I turn this off? Thanks

bottom info bar in numbers missing on iPad I recently got an iPad pro, and I'm desperately trying to find the quickinfo bar in Numbers, as it's very essential to my workflow, however, I can't seem to find/activate it. In case you don't know what I mean: in Numbers on a Mac, there is an info bar at the bottom that appears as soon as you select 2 or more cells, showing SUM/AVERAGE/MIN/MAX/COUNTA. I can't get Numbers on iPad to display that info! Please help - there is no reason this should not be possible to display on iPad!
