Apple Watch Bluetooth turned off and watch is locked. Passcode is not enabled

I got myself in this predicament by turning off the Bluetooth on my watch and then taking my watch off to charge. Now I am locked out. I can't figure out how to erase the watch, restart Bluetooth and then re-pair to my Iphone. Thanks in advance for assistance.

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Set up and pair Apple Watch
