First, you can try by turning off your iPhone, then turning it on again.


Or, you can try to perform a "Force Restart" on your iPhone. Note that this is only necessary if the iPhone doesn't respond or won't turn on. You can try it either way. ---> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support


If the problem still occurs, contact Apple Support. ---> https://apple.com/contact
