My studio display brightness won't adjust at all. I use a 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch. Does anyone know how to fix this?

See Use reference modes with your Apple display - Apple Support. Use the second method for choosing a preset if the first doesn't give the Preset option. If you don't get the Preset option using either method, contact Apple.

I have tried going to the setting and I don't even have the options that show the "nits" like on the link you sent me. I don't know what is wrong with my laptop. I have tried factory resetting everything as well.
Officially, the Studio Display is only supported for MacBook Pros with macOS Monterey 12.3 or later. If that’s what you have, see Customize Studio Display - Apple Support

thanks for the reply. As you can see I’m on the latest software and I’m still not able to adjust the brightness on the studio display.
Here is the info for the studio display. It does not even show me the firmware version it is running on.

Try unchecking “automatically adjust brightness”?
just tried it. Still does not work. I guess I’ll contact apple support and see if they can do anything even though I doubt it.
