Maybe the refund request is not seen to yet or maybe its denied
We cannot help you see the status of your request because we are an apple users forum, not apple itself

It can take some time for the money to be restored to your account. If it hasn't been restored in a few hours, contact iTunes support to check on it

the money is still not reflected
