There is a MacBook Air and a MacBook Pro but there is no MacBook Air Pro.
In any event no portable Mac has had user-replaceable memory for about a decade now.

Hi,
Yes, you can, though you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
After that, you can't upgrade RAM, so if you would need more RAM, you should select 24GB RAM when you order the MacBook Pro.
...could I send it back later to upgrade to 24GB RAM?
Not really... only under Apple's no questions asked 14 day return policy, which strictly speaking isn't upgrading it. You would be returning it, and getting your money back. You're much better off buying the Mac configured the way you want.
Are you referring to RAM?
No, you cannot (could in older models, but Apple made changes and everything is soldered/glued toether now in laptops). The only RAM upgradable computer is the 27" iMac.
The MacBook Air since its inception has never had upgradable RAM (circa 2008)
Sorry. I meant the MacBook Pro. I know when you order it you have the options of 8, 16, 24GB, etc. If I was to order it with 8GB RAM could I send it back later to upgrade to 24GB RAM?
