Apple Pencil 2 dot problem
I recently just got my ipad hours ago and i noticed my apple pencil 2 always starts with a dot and a normal line. Is there anyway to fix the pressure and sensitivity? Is this a defect?

There are no configurable settings for “sensitivity” or pressure. There are only limited settings exposed in iPad settings:
Settings > Apple Pencil
Any other settings will be App-specific - exposed only within the App that you are using, such as the native Notes App.
