Volume lag animation cause

I found that this problem is only there when you put the type of static or live background instead when you put the dynamic background the problem is non-existent. I hope you can fix this bug asap as a few people I know have it too, months ago I went to apple support and they told me it is a software bug and that it was later fixed with the update next ios 15.6. As expected it has not been solved since now I have better explained the nature of the problem I expect something to be solved with a fix, thanks and best regards.
