My iPhone 7 Plus was fully charged but has been turning off abruptly then turning back on repeatedly. Any one know what to do?

Sounds like your battery is probably going bad. Try Force Restarting the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support, then check Settings>Battery>Battery Health, and see what it is. If it is 80% or below, the battery needs replacing.
