How to sign in to Apple ID if my only Apple device is my Iphone?

I've an issue with messenger and Facetime since I switched my carrier (same phone number).

I searched it and seems to be a known Iphone's bug. One of the propossed solutions is to sign out from my Apple ID and to sign in again.

The issue is that my only Apple device is my Iphone so I'm not sure if after the double authentification process I'll be able to sign in again. I think they send a message with a code, but as my messenger is not working I won't receive it?

The code is normally sent by SMS, not Messages.
