Apple ID

Hi, sorry for the italian nonsense in the pic. I am on "system preferences" and it wants me to enter my Apple ID information. When I click on "continue", it just remains stuck with the loading thingy. I don't know what to do, since I have actually already logged in with my Apple ID. I've had this problem since I switched to my new laptop, a 2021 Macbook Pro 14'.

This happens to me and the only relief I've ever gotten was to restart my Mac and try again.


A couple of times I signed completely out of my Apple ID, if I could, before restarting, but I'm not sure that worked any better.


My feelings from my experiences is the problem is not any of our Macs, it's happened on all 5, but is more of an internet/server issue. It always seems to clear itself sooner or later.
