Hello, I have a problem. I have an ipad air2 tablet, I decided to reset it to factory settings and after that I want to reconfigure it and on the second item I see the icon "Remote control": After registering with the remote control service, this ipad can be controlled by: Intraservice Göteborgs Stad.
Please, is there any way you can solve this problem?

This would suggest that your iPad is centrally managed by a corporate/business, or an Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.
Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.
