My MacBook Air mirrors to my SAMSUNG Q60 series TV. I would like to replace the SAMSUNG with my DELL 32 inch monitor. When I go to System Preferences my SAMSUNG appears under ADD DISPLAY but I can't find a way to replace the SAMSUNG with my DELL? Help?

The M1 MacBook Air only supports one external monitor at a time. Disconnect the Samsung monitor and keep the Dell one connected. The screen should automatically switch to the Dell monitor.

Go to System Preferences->Displays. Click on the "Add Display" Drop down, and then on the checked display there, to disconnect it.
Thanks Phil0124 for your reply! I appreciate you taking an interest. Should you have an answer to this can you explain how you disconnect the SAMSUNG and complete the switch to the DELL? The reason I'm confused is the setup [with the SAMSUNG} is wireless and I simply can't figure how the disconnection is achieved.
