Apple Watch dying after new IOS 15.6 update

I did the software update on my watch a few days ago and it died within an hour the next day, I made sure I have the latest update on my phone e (as have had that issue in the past) , I have turned of the background app refresh as well as I have very few apps on my watch to begin with. All auto things are turned off (as far as I can tell) and I have wiped and repairs it with my iPhone , any one know how to fix this? Or figure out what is draining the battery? Even on the charger, as soon as I tap on it to look at the time the battery goes down like 10%
