Access to Apple TV on Family sharing

I recently wanted to use the Apple TV to view videos but I am able to do that. Instead it’s bringing the owner of the family’s library and saying only synced video will appear.

But since it’s family sharing, I believe I should be able to access my own preferred video and not synced video, like I can listen to my own songs on music.
