i currently live in Somalia and i cannot access or buy any product or services because Somalia is not listed in the Country/Region list.
any help regarding that would be appreciated

There is nothing you nor anything anyone here in the user forums can do about that. Apple simply does not offer nor support services in Somalia.
There are no Apple services available in Somalia. If there are no services offered nor supported there, then there is nothing you nor anyone can do to gain access to products that are not sold, available nor supported in the country you're in.
You may not like that answer but it is the reality of using an Apple device in Somalia. None of Apple's media/online services are available nor supported there.
Did i ask you to do something about it?
i asked if there were any alternative methods available for us!
