HOW TO DISABLE OR CONTROL IPAD CAMERA AUTO FOCUS?

While using the iPad in landscape mode (like a laptop along with an integrated iPad keypad), the camera is on the left side and this gets the video (my usecase is with a meeting app like Teams or Skype), how do you control or disable the camera auto focus?

I tried press + hold on the screen to try and focus the camera to the spot, but its of no use the auto exposure is enabled but the auto focus doesn’t seem to be controlled.

Any help?

Hello DanManoharan,

We're happy to look into this with you. We understand that you're looking to disable auto-focus for your iPad camera when using apps like Teams or Skype. Do we have that right? If so, then you'd want to look at the video settings within those apps or reach out to their support teams for direction.

If using the Camera app on your iPad, you might find the information provided in the link below, on how to adjust advanced camera settings, to be helpful.

Best regards.
