Send a picture to a phone number?

I called a local landscaping place about an apple tree I purchased from them last year, because some of the lower branches have no leaves on them, and the lady suggested I take a picture of the tree and send it to her phone number. So I took the picture and tapped the Share button, but in neither row do I see an option to send it to a phone number. I clicked the More button on both rows but I do not see an option there either.

How can I do this? Thanks.
