How can I upgrade my high sierra 10.13.6 to 10.15? I have a late 2010 MacBook Air.

I am trying to download microsoft outlook but I get getting the notification that I need macOS version 10.15. Buttt there are no updates available in the settings. And I tried downloading the monterey version but it wont allow me. Is there any possible way I can upgrade it without buying a new laptop?
