video spariti in iphone (non li ho cancellati)

Uso l'iphone per lavoro, faccio molte foto e video, ho icloud capienza massima 2 tb.

Ho fatto nei giorni scorsi dei video e ora non li ritrovo più, non ci sono da nessuna parte.

avrò fatto 15 video almeno ad un immobile essendo io agente immobiliare, in album o foto eliminate non ci sono. Album condivisi non ci sono. Come li ritrovo? come è successo? Si può tornare indietro con il backup al giorno che li ho fatti per esempio? senza perdere quello fatto successivamente? Aiuto!!! PAgo questo servizio proprio per non perdere nulla, per me è un danno!

Hey there vastic,

Taking another look at If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app, it would be a good idea to check if the videos are hidden.

"Unhide your photos

If you hide photos and videos, you'll see them only in your Hidden album, so it might seem like they're missing. But you can unhide your photos and videos whenever you want. With iOS 14 and later, you can hide the Hidden album so it doesn't appear anywhere in the Photos app. So if you're missing photos or videos, make sure the Hidden album is turned on so you can see it.

If you use iCloud Photos, the photos that you hide on one device are hidden on your other devices too.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Open Photos and go to the Albums tab.
Tap Hidden under Utilities.
Select the photo or video that you want to unhide.
Tap the Share button , then tap Unhide.

If your missing videos are not in iCloud, your Recently Deleted folder, or hidden, you would not be able to recover them from iCloud Photos.

I use the iphone for work, I take a lot of photos and videos, I have iCloud maximum capacity 2 tb.

I made some videos in recent days and now I don't find them anymore, they are nowhere.

I will have made 15 videos of at least one property as I am a real estate agent, there are no albums or deleted photos. There are no shared albums. How do I find them? how did it happen? Can you go back with the backup to the day I made them for example? without losing the one done later? Help!!! I pay this service precisely in order not to lose anything, for me it is a damage!
