Kernel Panic when waking from sleep

My Late 2012 iMac 27" with the 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel i7 is experiencing kernel panics every time it wakes from sleep. I am running Catalina 10.15.7. I have no external devices besides keyboard and mouse, and no non-Apple software or extensions. I have reset the SMC and PRAM, erased the disk and reinstalled a clean copy of Catalina. These steps have not resolved the panics. The machine runs perfectly until it sleeps. I have attached the crash report, hoping for any advice!

I am experiencing the same problem with my late 2013 21.5" iMac -- stock machine, no third party applications. The problem first appeared after the latest Catalina security update ((don't know if that has any bearing on the problem, however).

I haven't been able to piece together what the exact nature of the problem, but it appears to be happening with a watchdog timeout. I've been forwarding the crash reports to Apple.
