This is exactly what happened to me.
I am having issue with my power beat pro left-earbud only, it disconnects randomly with 50% to 90% battery on it. Talked to customer support and even went to store, they saw the issue but said this issue is not recognized by apple and does not qualify for any warranty or fix. Then I went to apple product feedback page but did not find beat products listed for feedback itself.
My summary- Powerbeat pro is expensive but sounds quality is good, but do not expect apple to own up to any issue, even if 100% people have same issue, apple would say its 1 off problem and would suggest replacement or a expensive repair.
