Does anyone know why I cannot change the month of the calendar in the Apple Watch ? And why the MAPS app is not available in the complications.

Your Apple Watch picks up the day, date and time from your iPhone so you cannot change the month. If you are trying to view a different month on your Apple Watch, open the calendar app and swipe up to view calendar events on future dates.

As for which compilations are available on different clock faces, that is up to Apple. But you can provide feedback, telling them what you would like here: Product Feedback - Apple
