while downloading ios 15.6 , i canceled the download. now i am unable to use my ipad. Says to go to support.apple.com/ipad/restore. Have tried everything for the last 5 hours. ipad will not connect to itunes for restore or update. HELP

Have tried everything for the last 5 hours. HELP

Your iPad must be now restored; in abandoning a partially completed update, the Operating System has been corrupted - and must be re-installed:

Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be delighted to assist.
