update issue

Hello, my name is Damone, I bought logic a couple years ago and everything has been fine but as of recent when I try to update the app I get a prompt telling me that my money was refunded or purchased by another account. As I know, money was not refunded and I definitely did not purchase under a different Apple ID.. can someone please look into this issue for me??
