Showing service message and not showing battery health after iOS update

at the first my iPhone X battery health was 89 but after iOS update mine maximum capacity not showing plus there is a service message on my iphone

Restart your phone to see if the problem persists.

If it persists:

It looks like your battery Is depleted. Contact Apple Support to set it up for service
