I have an old card stuck in Apple Pay and I can't remove it. It is causing transactions to be declined.

I have an old card stuck in Apple Pay.

A few months ago there was a fraudulent transaction on my debit card. The bank issued a replacement and updated Apple Pay. The new card is the one I see in my wallet. But transactions are getting declined because somehow the old card is still the one that the ATMs are seeing.
