When using air Play on my Samsung tv, the picture appears zoomed in cutting of heads and bottoms. I have gone through every setting on the tv, and it doesn't matter what settings of resolution I choose, I have the same problem. I am using the iPhone X and a Samsung 4K tv. If I use mirroring, the tv displays exactly what is one the phone but using air play the picture is zoomed in. Any suggestions?

Are you able to test this with another smart device capable of accepting AirPlay? It's difficult to isolate if the issue is with the TV itself or an issue with AirPlay when testing with only one device.
There aren't any settings for AirPlay that would adjust the crop or zoom in iOS, however is your overall iPhone zoomed in? You can confirm under Settings > Display & Brightness then View under Display Zoom.
If it is set to Zoomed, toggle it to standard then test again.
Let us know if the issue persists or if you're able to confirm if it happens with a different TV or AirPlay compatible device.

I am unable to test with another tv, this is the only smart tv I have. The phone is not set to zoom, I checked that before. My wife has an iphone X and we have the same results. I have tried every setting on the tv for resolution, no help. If I watch YouTube, everything looks good. I sent an email to support for the App that is having problems with no answer. The App is Gloria Horn Studios. My wife watches both the live and recorded videos with the same result.
