It is running on Intel, and in system preferences it is not there. I have tried the other ways to reset including holding the command and R keys and holding the command, options, P, and R keys. Holding those keys just makes a weird clicky noise and will open random applications. I am not sure what to do.
Please help.
This feature requires Apple silicon (M1 or M2 processor families), or a Mac with the T2 security chip.
You don’t have Apple silicon here, which means you need a Mac with T2 to have accesa to this feature.
