Is there way to check if EarPods is original or not? There is no serial number on wireor box.

Could you elaborate on this, perhaps with a screenshot? What isn't supported on the device?
As for the serial number, it's inconsequential. EarPods don't have one.
Just want to make sure. Are these wired EarPods or wireless AirPods? It appears that you are referring to the former ... correct?
If so, then why would you suspect that they are not original? Are you buying them directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller ... or from a third-party source?
It's wired Pods with lightning connector. I bought from an Authorized Reseller. But is big difference of quality of wire and sound whis that i have from iPhone 6 . Also when i try to adapt EarPods (on settings) there is error- doesn't support.

As you can imagine, the technology used to deliver sound to these two types of EarPods could cause a difference in perceived sound quality. However, they shouldn't be significantly different.
As such, it may be possible that the Lightning EarPods are defective. You have 14 days, for the date of purchase, to return them for either a replacement set or a full refund.

Today I went to shop, where i bought, they didn't make me refund or replacement, because it's Apple, and they have to think 10 days and decide make or not refund...
Oh, I see. Never mind- that's not an issue. The wired EarPods don't have custom settings.
If you purchased them from an authorized reseller, like you said, then they're genuine. If you aren't satisfied with the sound quality, you may want to sell or give them away if you can't return them.
